Over a year!

Wow - I have been busy!

So in short started Uni in January. Loving both in school and out on placement and have managed to pass all modules this year! Who would have thought??

Came off the happy pills in March thsi year as was back to my old self, but then sadly the anxiety came back a couple of months ago. I know the triggers, i stayed in the same 4 walld for 3 weeks working on assignments, and a friend took her life as an after effect of PP and I had the stress of exams.

But back on the escitalopram to kick it up the but...

On a reading week at the moment and off to London with David tomorrow to watch the ballet at the Royal opera House whilst Isabelle stops at my Mums. Nerves holding out obviously!

Also, next week back down to London to film a programme on PNI with Colleen Nolan and Tern TV, nerves permitting and all again!

So all in all trying to keep busy and not let the anxiety ruin things for me again!!

I am lucky to have a good husband and beautiful daughter...
